GUMPANELA ENTERTAINMENT TO RELEASE FIRST SET OF SCREENSHOTS FROM REFUSION®

Prague, Czech Republic – December 27, 2007. Today, Gumpanela Entertainment, an independent developer studio, has launched the first set of screenshots from its upcoming title, REFUSION® – the world’s first game that combines full FPS and full RTS.

“We are very proud of the progress we have made,” said Ondrej Urban, founder of Gumpanela Entertainment. “Our artists and programmers have created a huge living game world in which both classes – Masters (RTS players) and Fighters (FPS players) – confront not only opposing forces but also deadly creatures and an unforgiving environment.

We believe that this exciting feature deserves the necessary time and resources to make it the best it can be. We have therefore decided to postpone the release of Refusion until the Summer of 2008.”

The extensive and borderless world of Refusion extends over 1600 km2 and offers a large and diverse environment with breathtaking distance views.

About Refusion:

Refusion is the first game that combines full FPS and full RTS. It is up to each player to select the genre he prefers to play. After the game is set one player – known as Master – plays the RTS game with all of its features. He gathers resources, establishes bases, trains and produces units, and commands them on the battlefield. Meanwhile, other players – called Fighters – play Refusion as a full FPS game and form an independent and important part of the Master’s forces. The players also decide whether they will play as a team.

The game is developed exclusively for the Windows PC platform and will be released in the Summer of 2008.
